2. Aidan’s parents are marathon runners and want to begin including 10-year-old Aidan and his 6-year-old sister, Emma, in their long distance running outings. Advise Aidan’s parents on how they might proceed, given each child’s level of biosocial development. What specific physical advances will be beneficial to the children in their running?
