This is my friend Jack and I on a big bike trek from Pullman Washington to McCall Idaho. We just got done riding over a high pass and we break to smoke a cigarette. Neither Jack and I smoke but Jack has a tradition that after a big physical endeavor he would light one up (by doing this I really can sense how unhealthy they are for me).

Jack used to be a 1500 meter runner for the Univeristy of North Carolina.
