This week's field trip focuses on birds in freshwater wetlands.
Begin this week's posting by describing the location of your freshwater wetland observations and the habitats where you saw birds. Be sure to include the time of day and a brief description of the weather.
List the birds that you saw and describe any interesting or unusual behaviors that you observed.
Also include a detailed description of at least one bird's behavior with particular emphasis on its interactions with other birds. How did the bird react to your presence in its environment?
